The firm is led by Robert Mack who has more than 30 years of experience as a strategy, finance, and mergers and acquisitions adviser.
He has advised on numerous transactions in a wide range of industries and transaction sizes as a partner/ advisor in corporate finance advisory firms and since founding Vicdale. His clients have included large international groups such as private equity firms, Rexam plc, TT electronics plc, Fenner plc, and Dimension Data plc in addition to small and mid-sized listed and private companies in the United Kingdom, United States and Europe.
He was a senior managing consultant for many years in an international strategy consultancy based in London. He has worked throughout Europe and North America on a range of strategic consulting projects. Clients have included the Commercial Metals Corp., US Postal Service, Deutsche Postdienst, Republic Technologies, and ABB. His experience also includes finance, corporate development and manufacturing management at Scotiabank, Varity Corporation and Nortel Networks respectively.
Robert holds an MBA degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queens University in Canada. In addition, he has undertaken professional development courses throughout his career.
